What to send us
Passport scan / photo
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your trip ends.
Please provide a high-quality colour copy: no cropped edges, no glare, and no blur.
Blurry files will delay the processing of your visa.
Passport-style photo
Please provide a photo with a light background, no glasses, and a neutral expression.
Ensure your hair does not cover your face.
A smartphone photo is perfectly fine — we will crop it to size for you if necessary.

LOI Processing Times Once all documents are received, your Letter of Invitation (LOI) is typically ready within 10–14 days (provided the application is submitted well in advance). We will send the LOI to your email.
